| Comments: |
Engine Hill BW now done to the Rocky Branch trail. Lots of open spots of water/drainage. LOTS of snow once on Rocky Branch. Turned around a bit before the final brook crossing, after falling into/through the snow up to my hips for the third time. There seems to be no base to all of this powder.
MANY thanks to the group that broke trail yesterday. Met only one young couple just before the drop down onto Rte 16. They were bare booting...no snowshoes in sight. |
