The trail is in PERFECT condition. A few postholes here and there, but if you wear snowshoes you'll be fine. If you have young knees and don't mind pounding your privates into the monorail every so often, spikes or bare boots will suffice. Looks like the trail to Mitzpah is broken out from Crawford Path, but the trail from the summit towards Mitzpah, Jackson, etc. looks less traveled. Crawford looks broken towards Eisenhower, but I can't speak to drifting, since we only summitted Pierce and came back down. |
