Trail is well packed all the way though the last couple miles were soft this afternoon. Started in spikes on hard snow this morning. Used snow shoes from the steeps and back to East for the televators. Switched to crampons for the descent. Even with crampons it required caution. Most people had spikes. Glad we had full crampons. Great views today and another good day with BillC. |
