Comments
Comments: The lower section of the trail is melting well. Muddy, patches of ice. I didn't need spikes for a while, then used them all day. Snowshoes got a free ride today. Trail, due to cold temps, was very firm and fast today. Minimal postholing, in great shape higher up. Met up w/ Hiker Ed today for the 2nd time this week - great seeing you again!
