Comments
Comments: Trails were mixed conditions today. PMT was a mix of snow/ice and bare ground down low. Higher up, a lot of the ledge is exposed, minimal ice. OPT was all snow covered with minimal ice as was the White Trail. The Carriage Road was a mix of snow, ice, bare ground and mud. It will be a while yet before it is re-opened for cars. South facing slopes have pretty much melted out but the north facing slopes still have some good snowpack. Spikes were sufficient round trip today and we never needed snowshoes.
