| Comments: |
KRT was not too slick to go up. It would have been slick going down or later in the day once the sun hit. We went really early. Going down KRT was fine until we passed the junction with high cannon. The descent down to Lonesome lake trail was incredibly slick and we had to go though the deep snow off trail and hug trees to not slide down, despite wearing microspikes. Crampons or other winter gear is recommended. |
