There is a stream crossing at the start of Champney Falls Trail that can be tricky to cross with regular hiking boots without water getting in. |

| Comments: |
The trail was covered in snow/ice/slush over 95+% of the way. The hike was doable with light traction. While some spots are down to their last bit of snow, it will still be a while for the snow to melt. The waterfalls were in good form with the snow melt in progress. There is large overhanging ice on the rock face next to Champney falls. |
