I got a late start due to morning weather so picked a close one...Turtleback is a neat peak! Great for families. Right now, step carefully. The trails are soft. I wore waterproof boots and gaitors. Glad to have them. Lots of running water. At the summit trail intersection I put on spikes. The ice/snow flows were breaking up under my weight, so they won't last long. Stopped at Applebees for dollar marguiters and a burger. That's right! In the month of April, 1 buck!! |
