I didn't see anyone else on the trail today. Be aware that bears are known to be on this trail and I definitely saw one! |

I found three ticks on me, and I was wearing Deet. There was also a lot of black flies. Bug spray highly recommended. |

| Comments: |
The trail is mostly dry with some small avoidable patches of ice and mud closer to the summit. No traction was needed. I did see a black bear so that was scary but exciting.
