Parking/Access Road Notes: Doetown road is rutted from large trucks. Road was drive, but go with caution

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes: Low running water, not a problem 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Blowdowns on the lower half of the trail. Mud is the heaviest at the beginning of the trail

Dog-Related Notes: No issues.  
Bugs
Bugs: They were minimal in the morning. A breeze on the summit kept them away. We noticed more bugs as were headed down, but there was more of a breeze on the lower half of the trail.

Comments: A sunny, beautiful morning for a hike. We were the first ones at the trailhead. The views on the summit were fantastic. We could see snow on 2 higher peaks. The hike was the first one of this year and a great one to start the season.
