I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of winter vs spring, so I wore softshell pants and boots, but those were totally unnecessary. Shorts and trail runners would have been fine. We hit a monorail about half way up, there were one or two spots that would have been very tricky without microspikes (steep, packed, icy) but for the most part the monorail wasn't too big of an issue. |
