It's epically hot out so, Isis is grounded until the heatwave passes. So, I hiked Monadnock as a late day hike. I started around 3pm and got back around 7pm with a good half hour up top. Also, there was hardly anyone at the summit so, the odd hour plus the heat payed off. I enjoy this peak and usually take the Dublin Trail as it can be less crowded. Easy peasey hike with some interesting sections of rock. |
