Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: From route 3 in Pittsburg we took Indian Stream Rd for just under 10 +/- miles and forked right up an un-named road that was a bit overgrown with grass and at some point, along the way was washed out a bit but avoidable. We followed this for just under a mile to a larger clearing on the right or southern side of the road

Comments
Comments: From our parking we jumped into that clearing heading southeast. For a few hundred yards or so we had to navigate through an old logging skidder road full of chopped up trees…. Once through that mess we hit nice woods, herd paths and soon crossed gated Cowen Hill Rd, crossed it and keep heading southeast in nice wood, crossed several older woods roads and jumped on some herdpaths to the recognized highpoint and summit. On our way in we saw 3 deer and 2 fawns, plus tons of older moose scrapping.
