| Water Crossing Notes: |
All water crossings were easily manageable. The first crossing is not well marked, but there are sticks crossing the trail that indicate to cross. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Well maintained and easier to follow than expected. There are a few blow downs on top of Owl's Head, but quick re-routes created around them. |

| Bugs: |
Tons of mosquitoes concentrated in the few muddy stretches of Lincoln Brook Trail, but were a non-issue if not stopping. |

| Comments: |
At around 6pm, had a young (maybe two years old) black bear run across Lincoln Woods Trail between the Osseo and Franconia Falls Trail junctions. With all of the Lincoln Woods signage of bears stealing food and that even hanging food has been ineffective, I was glad to see that this bear was still easily spooked off by humans. |
