Mosquitos when standing in E. Quarry and Marsh Crossing, otherwise fine when you kept moving |

Great little loop! Straightback had a nice view and there was a great spot from E. Quarry looking back across Major, but viewpoint slightly past W. Quarry was largely overgrown. Thanks to the couple who pointed out the Marsh Crossing Tr. as an alternative on return to the Quarry Tr. Met 3 parties doing complete Belknap Peak traverses - impressive. Thanks also to BRATTS for great signage and trail tending. |
