Aggressive Yellow Jacket (hornet) nest between tentsite #4 and #5. This is once you get to the Osgood Tentsite and start heading toward the last one. The nest is underground along the left side of the trail (going up) and they are very aggressive. Our group was stung 7 times in less than 5 seconds (including our dog). Another female was stung while we were setting up camp. |
