| Comments: |
8" new snow on trails but since the trails have not been broken out in some time we were breaking over a foot of snow. We broke out everything except when the trail is shared with snowmobiles. Wore snowshoes start -> finish today. Good views today but did not stay on the summit very long due to high winds and cold temperatures. Saw no one else on the trails today which is the reason we chose this route to begin with. We did see lots of snowmobilers at the top of the auto road. |
