Comments
Comments: Ski Trails were packed powder / loose granular with a few icy patches mixed in. Barebooted Brookway & brookway Ext and put on snowshoes once we hit the steeper inclines of Walking Boss. Black Mtn Trail was hard packed snow. In hindsight we started the bushwhack a bit higher elevation than we probably should have. With last nights cold weather and an early start footing conditions were ideal walking on top of the hard pack. We either got lucky, picked a great route or are just plain sadistic because the spruce didn't seem too heavy.

A great day to be in the woods #99/100
