We found a pair of snowshoes and a note at the trailhead. We returned them to the owner in Freedom, N.H. |

snow and ice in trail above 2500 feet today. We barebooted up slowly, wore microspikes on the way down (much faster). all the switchbacks were snowfilled today.We had forgotten the great views from this peak. |
