None of note; trails were in decent shape, in particular given the amount of rain over the past week. |

Water is available at a few stream crossings down low. |

Black flies were a minor issue for about the first mile. |

| Comments: |
Nice misty conditions the entire way -- sort of like walking in Wales, with everything very green and saturated. Plenty of wildflowers: painted trillium, trailing arbutus, bunchberry, hobblebush, pink ladyslipper, red columbine, blueberry, serviceberry, starflower, and clintonia. |
