| Water Crossing Notes: |
The one crossing on Whitin Brook was doable, with some care. All had wet boots. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Looks like a significant amount of work has recently been done, one large blowdown on Cabin trail. |

A few steep scrambles on Old Paugus might be dificult for dogs. |

| Comments: |
Big Rock Cave is really cool. Old Paugus Trail steep and rocky as you climb. Nice slabs near the top might have great views, but we didn't see them this weekend. Saw no one else all weekend. Cabin and Lawrence trails were very nice underfoot, with only a couple of small mud pits near the bottom. |
