Not much parking at Beede Falls (where I started loop) because of popularity of falls. I parked across the (Sandwich Notch Road) lot in a drainage. NOTE: Sandwich Notch Road (western portion) is VERY rough. Low-clearance vehicles would have trouble due to washouts!!!! |

Guinea Pond Spur Trail is swamped out. Sign on Guineau Pond Trail for the spur is tied to a post with rope. I tried to go to Guinea Pond but couldn't find an easy bushwhack around the swamp area.... |

Did this loop as a bike-spot. Left my bike at Guinea Pond TH. Nice loop!!!! GREAT views from Mt Israel - what a SPECIAL spot!!!! Great time!!!! Some brushy spots on Mead Trail. Also, very happy to find some RR rails on Guinea Pond Trail - AWESOME!!!!! |
