The Wentworth trail to Mt Israel fared well in Irene. No significant damage. Some erosion in the middle section of the trail, but not serious. Cleared one blow down off the trail near the first summit. Met trail crew working on installing some new rock steps about half way up trail. A trail with nice views if some of your favorites are inaccessible this holiday weekend. |
