Beautiful out and back on Mt. Roberts trail, 5 mile round trip. Fall colors around peak. Great ledges to take in views of Winnipesaukee and Mt. Shaw, each better than the last. Nice view of the Whites to the north from the summit. Met a nice gentleman named Richard from Maine on the way up. Caught up with and walked out the last 1/3 with him to the parking. Pleasure talking, Richard, if you're out there. First time up Roberts, what a great hike. |
