Comments
Comments: The lower parts of the trail were mostly dry; the muddy sections were not too bad. The ledges around the summits were either wet or (surprisingly) icy in many sections. We had a few slips along the way - am not certain microspikes would have helped, we all had them, but did not put them on. We just slowed down and picked our way to the dry sections. The views were everywhere and amazing. A hike worth taking - on "52 with a view".
