Comments
Comments: No one else on the trails today surprisingly. Nice day! I bare-booted to just after the last crossing then put on shoes and kept them on until that same crossing. On the way back things had warmed up considerably so there was some sliding and post-holing, but the shoes made all the difference. Only masochists would not wear shoes in these conditions. No traffic coming from North Carter which is not surprising.
