Comments
Comments: sandwich mountain, via sandwich mountain trail. hard packed 8 inches of snow on bottom. trail is great. only traction needed was micro spikes. need to be careful and aware because on some of the real steep areas, the boulders under the snow have a sheen of ice, but i had no problerm. by 3700 feet, snow depth off trail was about 14 inches. if you stay on trail, it was still hard packed with a couple inches of fresh powder blown on top. trees at this elevation were all coated with ice.

great day. a little breezy up top. had to have lunch 100 feet below summit. round trip 7 hours
