Comments
Comments: Explored a bit of the Cross Rivendell Trail west of Baker Road -- nice trail (for reference, the trail east of Baker Road heads up Mount Cube). No one else other than deer and moose had been on this trail for a few weeks, but the few inches of unpacked icy crust was frozen/firm enough to provide support.

On the other hand, the section of trail up Mount Cube has seen much more action recently and was broken out with a thin later of icy hardpack.
