Comments
Comments: Arethusa Falls trail very packed down but icy under, traction needed, I wore Microspikes and my partner wore Hillsounds. She had an easier time with the Hillsounds. Arethusa Falls was frozen solid, although water could be heard under the ice. Decided to take Bemis Brook Trail back, very steep and difficult descent (she is starting to get back hiking after a knee injury on Washingto two weeks ago). Great day for a nice 3 mile hike.
