Comments
Comments: Trail down low, for first 1-1.5 miles, is icy with a crusty snow . There is an area of significant ice flow that covers the trail about 1.5 miles up. Could navigate around it or over it with care using microspikes. Upper part of Glencliff packed powder with an inch or so of loose powder on top. Carriage Rd. was packed powder with 2 inches of loose snow and summit was icy but covered with a crusty snow. Microspikes from beginning to end worked fine.

Beautiful, windless day with high cloud cover, some spitting snow, warm temps sufficient to hang on the summit for an hour. Great day out with Scott, Jim and Kara...
