| Comments: |
Snow shoes worn car to car, using televators for the ascent. Beaver Brook Trail had two to six inches of new snow over a solid base and is now packed out.
The whack, starting about the height of land, was through somewhat open woods with trees heavily laden with snow and ice and long icicles, quite a sight. Snow depth varied up to knee deep with occasional spruce traps. Blue bird ski day, moderate winds in the woods. Hiked with GlennS and Ken A. |
