Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Baker Road is in great shape, and there's parking for 6-8 cars within 100 yards of the trailhead. When we got down (around noon), there were 3 cars.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Ice - Blue, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth

Water Crossing Notes: Easy, easy, easy.

Trail Maintenance Notes: A few blowdowns, but nothing inconvenient at all.

Dog-Related Notes: Out 2 jack rustled had a great time, though the little one was chilly on top in the snow.

Comments: My wife used microspikes for about the top 1/2, both up and down. I did not and had no problems. Beautiful day in the woods with about 1/2" of new snow. The sun poked out a few times, and the views were pretty good.
