Parking/Access Road Notes: There's room for two cars at the southeastern entrance to Sugar Hill State Forest.

Water Crossing Notes: Water crossings were not an issue.

Trail Maintenance Notes: Trail could use some maintenance -- quite a few blowdowns. 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Brooks are pretty dry right now -- no water. Also, ticks are pretty bad.

Bugs: A few black flies (yes, already) and quite a few ticks.

Comments
Comments: Went up the Sugar Hill Trail to the southern-most high point on Sugar Hill, in the Sugar Hill State Forest. A lightly blazed trail then leads to the middle "peak."



Great views of Newfound Lake and Mt. Cardigan from ledges on the the middle peak.
