Numerous blowndowns on upper Crawford Path prior to Pierce. Lot of spruce bashing between Pierce & Eisenhower. |

Saturday was a "bluebird" w/ no clouds, minimal wind (approx. 25 mph on top of Ike), temps in the teens with unlimited visibility. If you missed it, then you "Missed It". See pics for a tease.
Trail was packed out to Pierce, snowshoes highly recommended for the trip between Pierce & Ike (especially for the 2 ladys that were postholing). Light traction helpful for the way down from Pierce but not necessary. |
