The crossing at Hitchcock Falls was rock hoppable but alot of water |

Saw dogs above tree line. Lowes and Howker would have been a little difficult for most dogs |

| Bugs: |
Some black flies and mosquitoes were biting at lower elevations but not bad above 4000 feet |

| Comments: |
Hooked up with Rocket and spotted a car. We went up Lowes to Adams and descended Howker Ridge. First time on this wild and remote trail. Had plenty of time for the summits in great weather with good views. |
