Comments
Comments: Hiked up the ski trails to the first viewpoint on the Tecumseh Trail, then up hiking trail, then Sosman Trail (ie left at fork) to summit. While there was boilerplate as a base, 1-3" of fresh powder had fallen (and it was snowing pretty hard at the summit tonight). I found my snowshoes offered ideal traction. The new powder probably would have made light traction less useful. Trail could be hard to follow in places up high, as the recent rain melted out the trough, so the packed trail is level with the unpacked alongside it.
