Comments
Comments: Logging road portion of the Shelburne Trail was dry and in good shape. Gravel rather than grass.

Shelburne Trail trail portion was generally in good shape with a few mud bog areas that could be manuevered in these dry conditions.

Bushwhacked from the Kenduskeag Trail junction area up to Howe Peak, sometimes following the old trail and/or cairns higher up, to the recognized summit. Very good views from assorted ledges.
