Comments
Comments: Nice trek to Livermore Pass. There was undermining of the snowpack evident in the steeper sections near the Pass, but not too difficult to hop over. Most are firming up in the existing cold weather. Left the trail at the height-of-land, and bushwhacked to Scaur Peak and then on to upper Pine Bend Br Tr just shy of the Scaur Ridge Trail junction. We met a couple that visited the Tri's via Sabbaday Brk Tr that relayed that it wasn't in great shape due to Monday's rain event, and a trio that reported the lower section of Pine Bend Br Tr was wet & lightly snow covered. Snowshoes all the way on this trek, and tho we lost alot on Monday, what remains has consolidated nicely. Fantastic Moon rise over Mt Tremont from the Graham Overlook!
