Follow directions from the website; it's a RI Audubon sanctuary. It's on a narrow dirt road, which should be passable except during or right after a snowfall. The parking is free; portajon in the lot; donation tube is optional. |

Trails are blazed and color coded. Maps are available in a map box at the kiosk in the parking lot, or online. The trails are in great shape, just a little slippery with the fall leaves. |

The trails go through nice woodlands and along a brook with a pond. There is a short side trail to a historic cemetery in a field. It is peaceful to hike in the wildlife refuges during hunting season. |
