Comments
Comments: Blue Summit Trail (Burr & Burton) to summit with party of 6; descent via Lookout Rock Trail and Yellow Trail back to Blue Summit Trail. Blue Summit Trail packed firm and wide about 2/3 of way up then narrow and loosely packed to summit. Trail from summit to Lookout Rock packed most of the way by snow machines. We broke out the Yellow Trail from Lookout Rock to the Blue Summit Trail. Snow depth off trail about 2.5 feet. Small amounts of trail ice near parking lot only. New summit visitor's center was closed but looked really nice, has observation balconies. Summit road is a snowmobile route.
