Trail Maintenance Notes: in good shape in general

Dog-Related Notes: saw none, should be ok. Signs warn of excessive numbers of porcupines in area. I saw one, and heard one in a tree 
Bugs
Bugs: Noted them in the woods. Very many blackflies on summit despite the breeze (they would form an eddy of bugs in the lee of your body)
