Comments
Comments: Just a short section of the AT today. The forecast has been iffy so, I figured I'd at least hike to Gifford Woods and back. Took the side trails to Deer Leap and was surprised by the views. Very nice little rock out cropping that seems to be very popular. There was a wedding party of easily 25 leaving the rocks as I was coming in. All in all, this was a short day but a good one. The trails are not crowed except for the LT section hikers and a few AT Thru's still moving either direction. Safe journey's to them all. Good to get out for a walk today.
