Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Easy section for dogs with lots of rolling hills. Be aware that there is an active cow pasture to pass through and those cows are very curious. They will approach and I'm sure that it would not take much more than a barking dog to rile them up.  
Bugs
Bugs: TICKS! Lots of deer ticks on myself and Isis. :( 
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Nothing but a pair of blown out boots at a kiosk by the cow pasture.

Comments: What a beautiful hike through farm land and forest. Perfect fall temps... Foliage. Trail is good and easy to follow. 5.4 miles to Wintturi shelter for lunch and back again. Watch out for the cows, they are frisky! ;)
