| Comments: |
The Warber hiking trail is signed with C signs and winds its way up the ski area, generally on gravel access roads (except the upper portion, which is on a grassy ski trail, then a long staircase). Not too many downhill mountain bikers this afternoon, but still had to be on the lookout as they came zooming down. The Summit Trail was congested with gondola riders.
Very nice fall foliage colors in the lower elevations. The upper elevation hardwood trees have generally dropped their leaves. |
