Comments
Comments: If you are looking for a snow vacation come to Killington VT at the moment. Dusting from the lot building to 2-3 inches at about 2500-3000 feet. Switched from micros to snowshoes at this point. Some one had laid a track to the top there were ~ 2-3 inches of new snow and perhaps 6-8 from the last storm at the top. The hardest part of this hike is when you turn to come down and the wind hits you. The top has not totally filled in with snow so you want to pick your way carefully down from the top as any butt slides would be a little boney. Easy relaxing day. I met a young man coming up who said you want to be careful with your car apparently they have had breakins at the TH.
