Beautiful open hardwoods most of the trek up the ridge, then spruce-fir near the summit (3300 feet). Gorgeous views to the north and east from the summit. We needed snowshoes most of the way and snow depth was about 4 feet near the top. Thanks Paul, Wendy and Larry for a wonderful, bluebird day in the mountains. |
