Comments
Comments: There was next to no snow or ice south of Bald Mountain and Maple Hill; then increasing snow/ice closer to Glastenbury, with trace snow depths and significant blue and black ice near the shelter and up to the peak.

Both bushwhacks were mainly open, with some tangely low growth. I replaced the jar on the west peak as it was destroyed. South could use a jar, but is okay for now.

bryan's note about the LT map mis-labeling the west peak and the trail around it is important. It is the more northeast bump and the trail cuts just north of it.

This was a good, fairly long hike. Great views from the remote firetower.
