|Date of Hike:
||Monday, April 23, 2018|
|Parking/Access Road Notes:
||I parked on Pinkham road, near the spur that leaves past a sugaring operation and is shown running up the drainage north of Umpire. |
||Snow/Ice - Frozen Granular, Snow - Spring Snow |
|Water Crossing Notes:
|Trail Maintenance Notes:
|Lost and Found:
||Still lots of snow up here. Snowshoes were a must and I wore them the entire way. Snow is supportive, but getting wet and sticky.|
I followed the road up the drainage, soon turning towards the peak and bushwhacking straight up. Highpoint was recognized only by a string, old register may have been under snow on ground.
