Comments
Comments: NOTE: Camels Hump Trails are currently closed for mud season, according to Vermont State Parks.

Went up the Monroe Trail which was clear for the first 2.5+/- miles, then there was snow for most of the trail up to the summit. Was able to bare boot everything without any problems, monorail was mostly stable with some deep postholes to the sides in some areas. The plan was to descend to Duxbury Road via the Long Trail, but after some very deep postholes for the first 0.1 miles we decided to turn back and take the Monroe back down. Ended up ascending the Alpine Trail to the old plane wing. The Alpine Trail was free of snow up to that point. All in all a great day out on the trails!
