Comments
Comments: Report to let hikers know about current parking situation as I hadn't seen a report stating this. Work hike had us checking out the new route from Barnes south on the LT to a point slightly beyond where old LT route came in. Old LT route effectively blocked off on both ends by numerous branches etc.. GMC did an excellent job on the reroute. A handicap accessible board walk for the first several hundred feet is a very nice addition allowing all an opportunity for views up the notch and has informative signs telling about the wet lands running through there.
